Realtor Ads

In my current role, I led a project to develop an interactive map for our sales team. The sales team uses this tool to sell ad space on our site to realtors. After that, I also developed the ad space itself.

Challenge

In order to build this tool, we had to partner with our sales team and imagine an easy-to-use interface. The interface needed to show important information at a glance and help the sales team to close deals quickly with their clients, realtors.

Solution

We conducted a lot of interviews with our sales teams to understand their needs. Based on their feedback, our feature team held a design studio meeting and brainstormed with sketches to find a common solution. After the designs were finalized, I met with my developer team to map out the technical solutions and establish a timeline for the release date. Below is the end result.
